Here's a recipe to help with lung congestion:
Lemon
ginger
2 springs fresh Rosemary
1 cinnamon stick
honey
In a pot, 1 cup of water. Add 1 whole sliced lemon, 1-2 inches of fresh ginger peeled and sliced, remove the leaves of 2 sprigs of rosemary and add to pot, add one stick of cinnamon. Bring to a boil then simmer 10-15 minutes. strain into a cup and add honey to taste. Drink up ;-)
