Gentle Mindful Flow
A slow mindful flow that allows for real connection and relationship between the mind, body and breath. The focus is on present moment awareness, breathing life and energy into the body and then exhaling what is no longer needed. Great attention is spent on postures or asanas that heal, detox and create space.  This healing practice is for anyone that wants to feel a true connection to the present moment and love of self.
