This outdoor session will combine gentle yoga modifications and breathwork to help you connect with your inner energy and the natural surroundings. Don’t worry if you’re new to Qi Gong; it’s an ancient practice that involves gently moving energy through the body, similar to Tai Chi. Please bring your own yoga mat and any desired blankets, pillows, or blocks. So come and experience the healing power of Gentle Yoga and Qi Gong for yourself!
