Yoga Nidra literally means yogic sleep.  This is a practice of moving awareness from our external world to the inner world.  It brings you to a state of deep sleep where our senses, intellect and mind relax. A perfect way to end the day and lead you into a peaceful and restful sleep.  Equipment needed: Mat, Blanket, pillow, bolster
