Slow down and "Bring the Earth up to Cradle your body". The use of props in this practice gives the body permission to take deeper and longer passive stretching which allows for complete relaxation. Among the benefits are enhanced flexibility, deep relaxation of the body and stilling the mind. Props recommended are bolsters, blocks, blankets and pillows.
